Guy Laren will present his plans to develop 275 Leverington (A J 
LaCourse, Leverington & Silverwood). He presented plans to the MNC 
Board for a 4-story building with 30 units and 30 parking spaces.

SEPTA representatives will discuss their plans to discontinue the 
Route 35 bus.

The Friends of Pretzel Park will discuss problems with the Dog Run 
and how to solve them.
